About once a month, I'd sit down and write about everything that was happening to me/us in Nepal in an effort to share my experiences with everyone back home. Not only did these letters force me to sit down and reflect on everything that was going on, they also allowed me to stay connected with friends and family. It was important to me that people knew what was happening, and often times it was frustrating when I'd realize how little I was actually able to share.
